We’ve made a significant amount of investments in capital plant during the last 12 months. Notably a fully-featured powder coating line and an advanced goniophotometer. More recently, we’ve introduced our first dedicated Project Manager, Mark Ranger.
I am delighted to be able to report that our investment in the future is already reaping rewards. In fact, production is at an all-time high!
Investment reaps rewards and the increase in orders is right across the board. Both bespoke and generic products are in great demand.
Before our enhanced facilities (and Mark) came online this may have caused our Production Manager, Adrian Frost (pictured, right), a few sleepless nights. However, that has definitely not been the case. Adrian said: “Even though we’re running significantly over budget all projects have been delivered on time.”
Adrian works closely with design, sales and testing to achieve maximum efficiency. “There’s capacity for the sales growth to continue. Our assembly lines are not yet in full use and additional shifts on the powder coating line have ensured all orders are easily delivered well within their quoted timescales and up to our usual high standards,” he added.
We’re delighted that Adrian is running such a tight ship down in production. We are equally pleased that you, our customers, are enjoying the benefits of Adrian, and his team’s, hard work.
