Our desire to be the best in the industry has recently seen the completion of a significant investment in manufacturing at our Basildon premises. We are pleased to announce the installation and commissioning of an all new machining centre and cutting line.

We have invested in new machining and cutting plant to create a purpose-built in-house facility.
A high quality Mecal TL400A Rising Blade Saw and 319 AYDO 3 axis CNC Machine Centre are providing precision processing of extruded aluminium.
The Rising Blade Mitre Saw enables us to provide cuts at any angle. The CNC Machine Centre is suitable for working aluminium and PVC on 3 sides and at intermediate angles.
With this investment we are ensuring that whatever your bespoke requirements we will be able to produce a product that meets all your demands – high quality, convenient timescales and a keen price.
